Subject: B-Movie Brilliance!
This film is possibly the most entertaining B-movie I have seen. The fight scenes are deliberately horribly choreographed, the sets are of the most flimsy design, the costumes are beyond belief, the translated dialogue is moronic and the over the top facial expressions and gesturing are delightful! What more could you want? It's so self-aware that it is cheap and corny that you have to love every minute. My sweetie and I giggled, cheered and clapped our hands with glee every outlandish minute of this crazy romp. Love the plot holes! Love the pot bellied, chiffon garbed hero standing bolt upright in outer space waving bye bye. Loved it all!

Subject: Cute Chick!
As usual, the Emerald planet council is worried about radiation polluting the universe. This time it's Sapphirians from the Sapphire galaxy who plan to destroy Earth with nuclear weapons or conquer it, maybe both. The top Sapphirians are westerners, and all of the westerners in this movie are bad guys just as in Atomic Rulers Of The World. No orphans in this, though. There are two children, a young woman and a boy, belonging to the scientist at the heart of the story. He's a single parent, apparently. His children don't go looking for trouble like the orphans in the other two movies did. Trouble comes to them.

This is easily the most poorly made of the three Starman movies hosted here at IA that I've seen. Plot holes, so many plot holes. In addition, there're some badly blocked scenes, and laughably bad special effects. A large part of the movie takes place in outer space, distinguishing it from the others. This entry has the longest fight scene, taking up most of the last act. I don't recall seeing Starman using guns in the others, but he guns down lots of bad guys during that fight scene. I think the fight scenes in Evil Brain From Outer Space were the most entertaining.

I downloaded the 793MB MPEG4 file. Video and audio quality were fine.

Skybandit I can't believe it we found a movie we both agree on. I too have an affection for these gems.
Are you sure there isn't some obscure Japanese copyright that should keep us from enjoying these!!

Finally, the fourth Starman epic! These cheesey Superman knockoffs would make good drinking game fodder. Just take a drink whenever one of the characters (especially the narrator) makes an outrageously incorrect scientific statement, or Starman's cape flaps in the wind...while he's in outer space!
Only hardcore alcoholics will be left standing at the end of any of these guilty pleasures.
When is someone going to upload "Prince of Space" or "Invasion of the Neptune Men?"
